Lion & Pine provides digital web development and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in individual client contracts/proposals.
Projects typically require a 50% deposit to commence. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. The remaining balance is due upon project completion/launch. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the website code and design created specifically for them. Lion & Pine reserves the right to display the work in our portfolio.
Lion & Pine is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
