How the support form works
LP Tech's website is currently a static website. When JavaScript is available, the support form validates your entries and opens a pre-filled draft in your device's email application. The website itself does not send your request or save it to a website database. You decide whether to review and send the email.
Information you may choose to send
A support request may include your name, email address, general neighbourhood or postal-code prefix, whether you need home or business help, your preferred support format, and your description of the issue.
Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes, banking or payment information, government identification, health information, or other sensitive details through the form or ordinary email.
Why the information is used
Information in a support email is used to understand your request, reply to you, recommend an appropriate support format, arrange requested service, and maintain normal records of the conversation. If the information is no longer reasonably needed, it should be removed subject to applicable legal or business-record requirements.
Email and external services
If you send the prepared message, it is processed by your email provider and the email provider used by LP Tech. Ordinary email is not guaranteed to be private or secure, which is why sensitive information should never be included.
This site loads Fraunces and Inter font files from Google Fonts. As with most externally hosted resources, your browser may share basic technical information such as your IP address and browser details with that provider. Links to Lion & Pine open a separate website with its own practices.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies and does not include behavioural tracking scripts. If that changes, this information should be updated before those tools are enabled.
Your questions and choices
You can ask about information you previously sent, or request a correction or deletion where applicable, by emailing raf.lionandpine@gmail.com. Please do not include sensitive identity documents in that first message.
